I am living in the US and recently had my mom, who lives in Canada, fall ill. Having to list her home, while being in another country in the midst of a pandemic, seemed like a daunting task. I contacted Ken Cowie, who went through all the details, and effortlessly listed her house. All steps along the way were explained clearly, and the team helped out any way they could. Boxes and packing material were delivered by Ken to my brother from England...who quarantined while packing up the house. Once emptied of personal things, the house was staged beautifully. Multiple offers came quickly, which they presented to me via Zoom, and we were able to close the deal quickly. Having them provide storage on household items was a Godsend, while I coordinated the cross border crossing to finish up business and collect items. The storage company delivered the boxes to me in quarantine so I could pack them up to bring back to the US. Ken, Katrina, Sheila, and everyone else made what was an intimidating venture stress free. A long overdue and well deserved review for this gentleman, Katrina and the Teams’ VJ Oco. I seldom write a review, because #1, I’m not very good on words, and #2, I hate writing thus number #1. But here you go. Never in my wildest dreams have I ever thought of owning my own home in BC, at least not this soon, why? Well, it’s no secret to residents of Vancouver that the cost of buying a house/condo in the area is expensive, or to be forthright, it’s insane!!
