Cliffside Condos

The gateway to southwest Scarborough and the home of the famous Scarborough Bluffs, Cliffside represents a unique mix of natural beauty and modern urban living. 2350 Kingston Road is LCH Developments’ third project in the Cliffside Village neighborhood (right across the street from Merge Condos and Merge Spaces) and represents our continued commitment to shaping Cliffside into a walkable and vibrant urban village. Following in the footsteps of Merge Condos, the project will add new retail and live-work businesses to activate the Cliffside streetscape, and 8 storeys of residential units above. The building is designed to add to the village character of the area, and will feature a four-storey mural on it’s east facade.
