But then Adona Hamto from remax came to the rescue and help us search and found the right one for our family. She was excellent in searching and dealing with developers and agents. We are very comfortable to work with her as our realtor.she will do any means just to satisfy us in choosing the right one there was no pressure at all. Wow where do I even begin? Katrina and VJ were so incredible to work with. We had interviewed several Realtors to see if it would even be worth it to try and sell our townhouse. While all the other realtors were hesitant in seeing if they could sell it at an amount where we would break even, Katrina was the only agent that was confident she could get us our asking price. I had my doubts but she not only got our asking price but we became the highest selling unit on our complex! Fast forward to trying to purchase in this insane market and getting outbid left right and centre. VJ did an amazing job trying to coach us through the process while still maintaining the integrity of our budget and what we were comfortable offering. He went out of his way to find a home we could be a backup offer on and although that didn't work out, it was one of the many moments I remember him going above and beyond for us. We finally did find our new home, and in this crazy market, he was still able to negotiate LOWER than our original offer amount. Not only did we find a new home but it was under budget to!!! It is so easy to refer Katrina and the team to any of my friends and colleagues. They have so many client perks full of PRACTICAL services. I will take cleaning and moving services over a cliche basket of chocolates any day! I love that it is all listed on their website because it shows they treat all their clients equal. I just completed the sale of my condo with Dal Sandhu.
