Vanessa showed true professionalism right from the initial interview when we met her. She made sure all the perfect photographs of our home were taken, giving our home quite a glamorous online exposure. When we first listed, the market had already begun a dramatic slowdown. Vanessa was aware of this and had her finger on the pulse the whole time. When it became apparent that a different strategy was necessary to make things happen, Vanessa was readily available to consult with and she knew exactly which strategies should be considered. A couple of 'must fix' issues came out of the building inspect. Normally a reason to stress out and panic, it wasn't so with Vanessa by our side. She knew who to call and the issues were quickly resolved. The current state of the market made our house-sale a bit of a roller coaster ride, but Vanessa was there for us the whole time. I would definitely call upon Vanessa's services again, should I ever again require a realtor. I recommend to anyone that needs a realtor, to do the same and give Vanessa a call.

Buying a house was going to be the biggest purchase we’ve ever made and we knew we needed the best of the best to represent us in this market. I spent months researching realtors; and what I discovered is that Campbell River is fortunate to have many great ones - but Vanessa came recommended time and time again. Knowing that people had used her and her services multiple times for buying and selling over the decades was really reassuring and that sealed the deal for us.
