The most important thing to a seller in such an important and sensitive transaction as selling real estate, is good communication with the team hired to represent, market, and advise. Vanessa and her team were recommended by a dear and trusted friend. From the start I knew this team was going to be very communicative and thoughtful in their attention and recommendations. The market analysis she sent us was very thoughtful and detailed. Vanessa asked for and collected information in advance and I really didn't have much to do from day 1 of the listing other than work around the many showings of the property which was pretty easy. She continued to collect great reviews from buyer agents and made timely suggestions. Within the time frame expected we got an offer and she negotiated perfectly to closing. I can easily recommend any buyer or seller to use the services of Vanessa and the team for your real estate needs.

When we started the process of listing our home the intent was to interview at least two different Realtors to find the one who we felt most comfortable with. As soon as the three ladies walked to our front door I remember feeling totally impressed and so special that we were worth the attention of such an outstanding team that there was no further thought to interview any other Realtor - we had found "the one" and from start to finish we never once regreted this choice. The team helped us choose the right listing price, made perfect suggestions for staging and were there every step of the way. Having Ian take the right pictures made our listing pop and helped make our first showing result in an offer. Their method of communicating made us feel we were "part of the team". Vanessa & her entire team are the very best! They went above & beyond in getting our home ready to sell! From the drone shots, photography, tours to the fine detailing of selling our home, we would definitely recommend her team 100 percent!! We actually have 2 stories. We fell in love with another home 3 years ago & listed our house with Vanessa. Sadly the other home didn't pass their home inspection and we rescinded that offer & took ours off the market. Vanessa wasn't worried at all! She did all of the work to sell ours, and had no problem at all taking our listing off the market. She understood completely that the other house was not right for us and made us feel so comfortable with our decision. At no time at all did she ever pressure us to buy a house that we weren't happy with. Then 2 1/2 years of her & her team showing us houses all with the same happy enthusiasm that comes with looking for a new house. THEN, we found our dream property!! The team went to work, relisting our house, taking new photos and sealing the deal on the new property. Then we ran into Probate issues, but Vanessa and her team helped us through it, and everything worked out in the end. At no time, did they ever give up, they were just positive & calm with the whole process and answered a lot of difficult questions. They were beyond amazing!! We sold our house at our terms, turning down two offers that we weren't happy with, they supported our decision and put no pressure on us at all to accept an offer that we weren't happy with. We held out and the third offer was a dream offer! We bought our dream property and sold the beautiful home that we built. They knew how special it was to us and advertised it as a one of a kind home, keeping true to our wishes! They are like family to us! We talk about business and then we talk personal. We laugh together & cry together. We celebrate each other's accomplishments & we're sure we'll remain friends forever. They are that kind of people!!
