The most important thing to a seller in such an important and sensitive transaction as selling real estate, is good communication with the team hired to represent, market, and advise. Vanessa and her team were recommended by a dear and trusted friend. From the start I knew this team was going to be very communicative and thoughtful in their attention and recommendations.
