I would highly recommend Vanessa as your realtor. Vanessa checked all the boxes including marketing, communication and helpful hints that sold my home. She has the expertise and background that helps her clients to better prepare to sell. I particularly found it helpful that she included great photographs and drone footage of my home that she shared as a selling point. I have known Vanessa for 30 years and I know that she will put the time and effort in that is required to help her clients.

Vanessa is one of the best realtors I’ve ever come across and our years of buying and selling houses I worked for her she sold our house her professionalism knowledge and expertise is second to none. She is enough knowledge that she begged my son not to buy their present Hole, which is a labour of love now she is sold my daughter-in-law‘s grandparents house, and as my son‘s family continues to grow we will be looking for her and Ian to sell them by their new place, I would highly recommend Vanessa to everyone .

Vanessa helped me buy and or sell 4 properties. I tried other realtors in the process.. She is awesome! Had difficult tenants in one, and a testy buyer in another she handled it well. And helped me settle down when necessary, haha 😆. To the point she got my following listings. She responded to my needs for each property and advised as well. Thanks Vanessa

Vanessa was very knowledgeable, up to date, and had many helpful ideas. I related with her on a personal level, as we were both single parents at one point in our lives. Ian produced phenomenal photos and footage that made our property look amazing. They make a wonderful team. Their social media coverage of our home was top notch. Thank you to this wonder team. And special mention to Cathy Duggan that helped with our negotiations while Vanessa was on holidays.
