Will Nikl is a long time Victoria resident and multiple MLS Gold Award winning Realtor. Will Nikl moved to Victoria from Greater Vancouver in 2003 after graduating from BCIT’s Marketing Management & Commercial Real Estate program. Will was drawn by the beauty of Victoria, and the easy going nature of it’s residents. Continuing his studies in Victoria, he attended Camosun College and later earned a degree at The University of Victoria. Will Nikl’s philosophy is to serve as an advisor. Understanding the market and getting to know needs of his client, he works alongside them, helping as they reach their home and property goals. Mark Bell is an established, award winning Victoria Realtor. Mark relocated from Vancouver in 2006 to attend the University of Victoria, where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and then worked for several years in Intensive Care. Mark found a new passion in Real Estate in 2018, and quickly realized that there was a lot about the business that he appreciated, mostly connecting with clients and focusing on building relationships that last beyond the transaction.
