Mark Bell is an established, award winning Victoria Realtor. Mark relocated from Vancouver in 2006 to attend the University of Victoria, where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and then worked for several years in Intensive Care. Mark found a new passion in Real Estate in 2018, and quickly realized that there was a lot about the business that he appreciated, mostly connecting with clients and focusing on building relationships that last beyond the transaction. I had a condo for sale, in a slow market. He was clear about how to approach the staging and how to get best value. I followed his advice and we got a win in 30 days.
When purchasing my first condo (the one I just sold) the onboarding was kind, patient and down to earth. I had never bought before and he and his partner explained the process at a level I could understand. They held my hand through the process. We found the perfect place quickly and without fuss.
The New Purchase - just recently. I wasn't looking however Will knew some challenges I was experiencing- he offered a solution of a new condo. The purchase of this was a little bumpy due to some forgotten tasks from the selling side.
