Mark Bell is an established, award winning Victoria Realtor. Mark relocated from Vancouver in 2006 to attend the University of Victoria, where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and then worked for several years in Intensive Care. Mark found a new passion in Real Estate in 2018, and quickly realized that there was a lot about the business that he appreciated, mostly connecting with clients and focusing on building relationships that last beyond the transaction. Buying or Selling a home can be stressful, Mark Bell’s unique background allows him to excel in high stress situations, while keeping his clients safe and comfortable.

I’m a fussy person. I went to Will with a long list of stuff I wanted that I was fully expecting to have to compromise on. Somehow (don’t ask me how) he managed to find a place that met all of them. I’ve been here for a while now, and I love my place just as much as I did when I first moved in. And all of it happened over Christmas (sorry about that dude)!
To put this miracle into perspective, I still watch the MLS listings for places that suit my basic criteria, and I’ve seen one other place that met most of the criteria.
He was super responsive to any questions I had (lots, since I was a first time buyer and had no idea about anything), hooked me up with a lawyer (because I’d recently moved to town and my network here was nil), and overall did a great job. I’ll 100% work with him if I ever lose my mind and decide to move again.
