Sunny was amazing to work with. Whenever we went into a house we always felt like we had the upper hand because Sunny would come prepared with all the market information, property history, zoning, services etc etc and often knew more about the property/area than the listing realtor. Buying a home can be an emotionally overwhelming experience where certain features may entice you to jump in quickly. Sunny was honest with his feedback regarding houses, he took the time to talk through different aspects and their pros/cons, he brought up points we may not have considered and allowed us to make a very informed, thoughtful decision so we didn't regret our purchase.
