We had the pleasure of buying and selling our home with Realtors, Karen Dhesi and Sunny Brar. During the buying process of our new build, they gave great advice on which lot to purchase for future resale/value and went over the upgrades list with the builder and told us exactly what’s overpriced or reasonable. The selling process was super easy. We had multiple meetings leading up the sale to strategize. Our home was sold within 3 days over asking after multiple offers. They helped us through with the offers with ease. One thing that I really appreciated was that Karen and Sunny were not pushy at all, and never pushed us to do anything we were not comfortable with.
