Cole Hauck was tremendously helpful in helping us purchase our first home. Being a student moving from Edmonton I had only a few weeks to really get to searching and Cole matched that, working tirelessly to help me find something that fit. Even during showings, if we didn’t like the space, he’d book another one for us on the same day right after. The special thing about cole is how real he is; if a neighbourhood isn’t the best, if the house is too old/musty, he would help us find something better even if I was beginning to think about compromising. The support didn’t stop there either, as we found a place we were met with a few bumps on the road with lawyers and mortgage brokers taking forever to respond and while I was getting upset, so did cole, and he helped to get things back on track. Mike Young of REPYYC was amazing to work with on the purchase of our dream home in Mount Royal. Over a period of 4 days, we were able to view, then re-visit the property a second time, make an offer, accept the counter, perform the home inspection and pay a deposit to secure the home. First I have to say, that we are not originally from Canada. We moved from Germany and this was our first time to buy a house here in beautiful Alberta. Realtors don’t have to best reputation in Germany and we didn’t work together with any of them in past. But since it’s pretty common here we decided it might be the best choice. And I am so glad we found Tim! I can’t tell you why, but for us he wasn’t like „normal“ realtors, he was more like a friend, that accompanied us looking for houses. And we looked at a lot of houses 😊 Tim has been driven hundreds of kilometers without complaining once. He was always open and available to answer my questions and I had a lot of questions. I still have, even now after we bought a house and he still is available and always trying to help.
