Cole Hauck was tremendously helpful in helping us purchase our first home. Being a student moving from Edmonton I had only a few weeks to really get to searching and Cole matched that, working tirelessly to help me find something that fit. Even during showings, if we didn’t like the space, he’d book another one for us on the same day right after. The special thing about cole is how real he is; if a neighbourhood isn’t the best, if the house is too old/musty, he would help us find something better even if I was beginning to think about compromising.
