Jenn is terrible to deal with . Purchased a condo with her in 2024 and had many issues she had no knowledge of . Listed it 10 months after moving in . Took a while to sell in a slow market . Lost a lot of money selling .
Purchased a 4 plex and priority was my pets and yard use . Ended up NO yard use , no board approval and no walk through on purchased home . Screamed at me I caused her contractions and issues.
Did not get a home that suits my needs and was told to resell and I had ensure a smooth closing regardless of the fact I was lied to over details.
Owner is fully aware and told me to deal with my lawyer ! Owner arranged the lack of walk through . Awful company to deal with . Any issues your left high and dry. Did report to the realtor board. Have reported to RECA . Have talked to 211 and was advised to file a civil suit as they felt I had grounds

Abby Cline is unprofessional, rude, and a waste of time. We worked together for about 2 months and then all of a sudden she decides to disappear. I contact her a few months later to confirm whether or not a Buyers Representation Agreement was signed and she tells me to contact the police and my lawyer and hangs up on me. The next day she gets her lawyer to send me a cease and desist letter filled with lies and baseless claims. I wouldn’t take the chance and trust your money with someone with this type of behaviour and temperament, obviously not suited for real estate. You have thousands in this city to choose from. Not worth the headache.
