My favourite part was all the tips and tricks he gave us along the way for home upkeep and what to look for in a well-kept home. He was always honest with us when something in a home wasn't up to code or would require updating, which was so appreciated from a first-time buyer's perspective. Slav was a lifesaver in finding our first home in Calgary. We had ideas but expanded our search as far out as Priddis and Slav made it work without any complaint. He provided suggestions and alternatives as well as comparisons that were very helpful. His patience was much appreciated as we looked in multiple neighbourhoods outside our original search area. What we found most useful and invaluable was the advice around what we really needed to know like the status of the mechanical room, replacement furnaces, electrics and plumbing as well as roof and window status. Stuff we weren’t looking at. This made decision making much easier and eliminated many homes before they become real options. Slav also stuck with the process through to the very end calling whoever needed calling and ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Even now, after being in our new home a month he’s checking in. Great service. I really haven’t seen this amount of care and diligence in a realtor in other places or countries. I would recommend Slav and his partner who offered a really exceptional service. I don’t have any faults to mention and would have no hesitation to call on Slav again or vouch for him if needed. Dusko and Slav are the dream team. I first met Slav when I asked if I could see a home he was selling. Not only did he show me that home, but he arranged to show me two others in the same neighbourhood. Right then I know I would hire him as a realtor when it came time to sell. We had a challenging home to sell and the market was terrible, but Slav managed to get over 80 showings on our place, a strong sale and helped us buy our next home all while managing our busy schedules and working around naps and early bedtimes of our young daughter. He is extremely professional, down to earth and has great contacts for things like home inspections. He made himself available for all our questions. When he took a short holiday, Slave emailed two weeks in advance with all of Dusko's contact info and when he was away and we had showing requests, Dusko arranged them all. Communication was totally seamless. Having two partners that work so well together was very reassuring. All in, I worked with Slav and Dusko for a year and I never once thought we should have gone with anyone else. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
