Karolina Zuczek Karolina was very simply an amazing Real Estate Agent! My son and I put our faith and trust in Karolina, and she excelled on all counts. My son reached out to Karolina in the fall of 2022 because he was in the beginning stages of considering moving to Calgary. My son lived out of province, therefore Karolina met with us through Zoom. She listened intently to my son’s requests, asked thoughtful questions, gathered important information, shared important information, and took note of exactly what he was looking for. Approximately 1 year later, Karolina took the initiative to reach out to my son to inform him that she had found the perfect condo that checked off all his boxes, if he was still interested in moving to Calgary. He was. I was actively involved in my son’s home search and Karolina warmly welcomed my involvement. She worked around both of our schedules which were in a different time zone than hers. She communicated clearly, concisely, and promptly through various media including Zoom, email, phone calls, and text messages; whatever media we felt most comfortable with. Karolina spent hours with us listening, asking questions, answering questions, and sharing information. Karolina answered questions with respect, patience, and kindness, even if the questions had been asked before. If Karolina did not know the answer to a question, she did not pretend to know. She would seek the correct answer and get back to us. Whilst showing us the home through Zoom, not only did Karolina identify the strengths, she also identified potential concerns. When my son drove in to view the condo in person, there were no surprises. Karolina was unable to show my son the home because she was out of town, however she made arrangements for a coworker to do so in her place. We were not from Calgary, therefore we asked Karolina for the names and contact information of individuals she would recommend to help us proceed with the purchase of the condo. She provided us with the names of several Home Inspectors, Condo Doc Reviewers, Mortgage Specialists, Lawyers, etc, so that we ourselves would be able to choose the individuals we felt most comfortable with and confident in. Because my son lived out of province, the purchase of the condo presented an additional layer of complexity and a significant opportunity for something to go awry, and yet, the entire process proceeded seamlessly from beginning to end. I’m a firm believer in constructive criticism but I honestly cannot think of anything that Karolina could have done differently to improve the service she provided us with. She was honest and dedicated. She listened, asked questions for clarification, and made a genuine effort to understand. She was knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. She presented positive energy and had strong communication skills. We could not have hoped for a higher quality Real Estate Agent. Karolina receives 5 stars and the highest of our recommendations. We will most definitely seek her services again in the future.
