Erik is an excellent realtor. I can't recommend him highly enough. We were looking for a house in the Comox Valley while living in Vancouver and he went above and beyond for us. There are certainly some sketchy realtors when it comes to buying real estate at Mount Washington, so we were super relieved and overjoyed to come across Erik! This guy went over and above on everything for us and is super knowledgable. Living in Victoria made it difficult for us to view places, and he was always willing to go have a look for us, take measurements or do any other random task we required. We would highly recommend him to anyone and we'll use him again in the future if we ever need a realtor up Island.

I have seen and dealt with a lot of real estate agents and Erik is by far the most energetic, go getter, hard working and easy to work with realtor.
