Throughout the process Erik was professional, knowledgeable, and working with my best interests in mind. I had the pleasure of working with Erik, Kelsey and Cathy during my home selling process during a very emotionally stressful time. From the very first meeting with Erik, he took me through what the whole process would look like and the beginning steps I needed to take with the conveyance of the house to my name and then to the sale of the house a few months later on. They were always available to answer questions and guided me through each step, ensuring everything was clear and stress-free. The connections Erik and the team have with other professionals in the Comox Valley ensured I had the best people to work with, from mortgage brokers, to appraisers, to cleaners and lawyers. Throughout the sale process of my house, there were many times I had to move around my shift work schedule to accommodate showings (as is the nature of selling a house). Erik and Kelsey were very responsive to all my messages and tried very hard to minimize disruptions to my work schedule if possible. On a few occasions we couldn’t find a good time for me to get my dog out of the house for a showing when I was at work and Cathy stepped in to walk my very appreciative pup and make sure the house was in good shape for a few last minute showings. These folks are very reliable, they have an excellent rapport with each other and their team work and friendship shines throughout the work they do. Selling a house amidst a slower market through some tough financial times was not an easy ask but we got it done. Through some hiccups with a buyers real estate agent which caused some headaches, Erik and Kelsey maintained a very patient and professional demeanour and were constantly communicating with me and them to come to a beneficial conclusion on my behalf and they truly did fight for the best outcomes for me, without a doubt. These two are very well versed in their jobs and know all the ins and outs of how everything works and they noted things that other agents had missed/omitted and could foresee and prevent issues before they arose. I will recommend them to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home on Vancouver Island, hands down.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I contacted them while still living in Colorado, just putting out feelers. Cathy Evans replied straight away, and followed up with a phone call to get more specific details of our situation. It was going to be a while until we could move, but she checked in every once in a while, keeping me abreast of the Comox Valley market. Finally, we were ready to look. Cathy drove us all over creation, showing us twenty properties, maybe more, over two days. She gave us all the background on the area, listened to what we craved, and on the last day, showed us a house that wasn't finished, totally on a whim, based on what we'd told her. That was the house we bought. We were still in the States through the buying process. We worked with Ty as well, who did the walkthrough once the house was complete, sending us the video with all his small tags for what he wanted corrected. He was incredible. We drove up from Colorado to our new home to find lovely gifts to welcome us. So sweet. All in, I'd give this company ten stars, twenty, fifty. Consummately professional, friendly, prompt, and above all, fun to work with.
