Scarlett Ranch

Scarlett Ranch is a 140 acres development project located in Carstairs, AB. A town 48 km north of Calgary, AB, Canada. The project is to build 1300 new homes including different types of homes such as single family / multi-family and senior villa etc. Our Community can accommodate a population of 3100 people when all phases completed. The public elementary school of this community has also opened. The rest of the project is expected to be completed by 2025.
