Allard in Heritage Valley

Allard is one of the 15 neighbourhoods that make up the Heritage Valley area in southwest Edmonton. The Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) was outlined in 2007, and development began in 2009. The neighbourhood is bounded by James Mowatt Trail to the west, 25th Avenue to the north, Blackmud Creek to the east, and 41st Avenue to the south. This community has it all; schools, outdoor skating rink, brand new shopping within walking distance are just some examples of the amenities this comfortable, classic and stylish community. With over 27 acres of park and green space and a mature 6.4 acre constructed wetland, this beautifully landscaped community is enjoyed by residents and visitors alike.
