The Nicklen Group was recommended to us by a friend in Qualicum Beach who is herself a former realtor. We met with Aaron in October 2021 and were introduced to Stacey Juss, who became our “buyers agent”. Stacey quickly set up the system to notify us of listings that met our criteria. Communication was quick and efficient. Being in Victoria put us at a disadvantage in terms of being able to see homes quickly in a very hot market. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Nicklen Roy for over 11 years both on the buy side as well as the sell side of real estate on Vancouver Island. Hands down the most responsive and professional team I have ever worked with not to mention they do an incredible job on the drone footage and house photography.
