We engaged The Nicklen Group to assist us in the location and purchase of a house in Oceanside in 2022. The market was very tight at the time due to COVID but they managed to find a good number of houses that met our criterial. We bought in Jan 2022. For family reasons it was necessary for us to leave Vancouver Island in 2025 and again, The Nicklen Group (Jeff Snitchuk) came through and arranged a number of showings and an open house during which two buyers emerged. Thomas Gemma helped me find and purchase my Qualicum Beach dream home and I highly recommend him. I was out of the country when the home listed and we worked closely by phone on the offer, the financing , and all the documentation. He even went over to my bank to help facilitate the deposit transaction. Thomas brought the best consultants and tradespeople to the home inspection, insurance, and work needed. After the closing and before my move in, he even came by to make sure all was well at the house and my garden was watered. He went above and beyond at every step.

Stacey Juss worked with me for three YEARS trying to find the right home. Yes, you read that correctly. I am so picky, it took three years and countless homes viewed and offers made until we found the perfect place within the budget in a crazy market. She was endlessly patient and always responsive and available to help, even when I did not expect her to be (including on evenings and weekends when she was with her own family). Stacey is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about you as a person, not just as a client. She always takes the time to greet my child and she remembers personal details about us. Her advice in a competitive market was always strategic, thoughtful and professional. I am a highly detail-oriented person with a background in government and land-use planning who always wants technical specifics about a home, including the age of major items (roof, hot water tank, etc.) as well as zoning and land title notations such as covenants. Stacey always got me the information promptly and reviewed it with me thoroughly. Stacey is always impeccably presented, however she also never hesitated to walk through a muddy property with me or get down in a crawlspace if necessary. I cannot speak highly enough of both her professionalism and her genuine commitment and connection to her clients on a personal level.

Stacey was awesome to work with in selling our land. Always there when needed and always on top of everything. Never had to worry about anything.

I would not recommend Thomas as he does not respect the property of houses that he shows to clients. So not following the 'The Tradition Of Trust' as is states on his business card.
