We had an offer accepted on our dream home one week after meeting Parveen. One week! We met Parveen as part of Adina's team when we were in a bad and scary place. We had only a few weeks to find a home and a handful of very specific and seemingly impossible criteria. We were terrified and nearly hopeless. Adina told us not to panic, and she and Parveen immediately got to work booking viewings, attending them with us, sitting down to chat with us about the process, and answering all of our questions. We ended up working most closely with Parveen, who in the end got us our dream home with a strategy that was so impressive and successful, it was like an ultra-precise, one-shot sniper strike. (Nobody was harmed in the process.) Parveen spent a lot of time with us, getting to know us, getting to know what was important to us, sharing her own story and experiences, and ensuring that we felt seen, heard, and supported. Literally six days later, she phoned us to say that our offer was accepted on a place we loved and didn't think we'd get! When we were working on that offer and Parveen said we could get it for a great price, we were wary because there was a lot of interest and we'd been previously outbid on another property. Parveen said, "I'm good at this. Trust me." And we got it for that great price! We learned: BELIEVE PARVEEN. Trust Parveen. Parveen knows. Her intuition and instincts are otherworldly. Working with Parveen has been a wonderful experience, and that is an understatement. Parveen brings an energy to her work that is passionate, playful, and driven to get you that special place that will be your home. Getting to know and hang out with Parveen as a kind, generous, and hilarious person is a huge bonus. We're grateful that even though it only took a week to find our place, we still get to see and chat with Parveen as we make our way to closing; she's that special!
