We recently worked with Matt from the Olsen team to sell our townhouse and purchase a house. We specifically wanted someone who was relatable, personable and not sales-y and that's exactly what we got! Matt was very in tune with the local market, having grown up in the area and still being a local. He gave great advice while letting us decide how we wanted to market our house. Matt put in a ton of work to get our house sold including being extremely understanding and accommodating that we were trying to sell our home while managing a young family that needed to stick to a schedule. During our house hunt, he was very vigilant and honest when touring homes. He was able to point out numerous deficiencies in homes that wouldn't have stood out upon first glance. For example, we went to a home and he immediately clued into strange wiring, lighting and ventilation in the garage, including a large dark space at the back that would have made sense if this house were a former grow-op. It just made us feel good to know that he was truly on our side and was interested in us getting a quality home for our family. We ended up finding our dream home. During the closing of our sale, we had some hiccups on our buyers end at the eleventh hour, but Matt got it all handled and saved the day. We didn't have to adjust dates or anything. It's a delicate process to list, sell, and ultimately say goodbye to the family home our 90-year-old mom has lived in for 45 years, but Matt and the rest of the Olson team went above and beyond to successfully support us through the process.
