I've known Ben since he started in real estate, over 20 years ago. Im not 100% certain, but I think we were one of his first clients. Back then Ben was on his own and worked so hard to help us find a new home. Matt was the realtor who was arranged to work with us. Matt was super fantastic. He responded as quick as possible to any questions we had. He listened to what we wanted to look at and set up their system to email houses that matched this. He also kept an eye out and sent links for any houses that came up before the system picked it up or may have missed. Matt was very professional on all his dealings with us and listing realtors as we went through a seller's market and had to deal with multiple offer bids. He was upset for us when those offers would fall through. He made sure to work out showings for times that were best with our schedules. We would use Matt anytime again to purchase another house and hope anyone else who works with him sees what a great asset he is for them.
