Erica helped me when I chose my first home in 2018; I knew what I wanted to buy, and had found a likely property, but didn't have an agent to represent me. I had taught Erica's kids, and remembered from parent/teacher interviews that she was a realtor (and just really nice), so called her as my first choice. She guided us through the process then, ensuring we looked at additional properties so that we were weren't just grabbing the first thing we liked. Fast forward to 5 years later (Spring 2023), and I was in the market again. Erica is always quick to respond to questions and messages, and makes time to go over everything so that it's not so scary taking each step. She only showed me properties that she knew would fit my needs, vs the random open houses I just went to on my own that made me panic about not ever finding a place I'd love. (Yikes!) We were able to make an offer and negotiate a fair price on a just-listed townhouse before it even went to open-houses, and she was also able to recommend a home inspection company that would be able to come in ASAP so that we could remove subjects quickly. Highly recommend Erica Tucker as a realtor. She knows the neighbourhoods, the business, and has a friendly approach that makes you feel like she's doing it just for you (even though it's her job).
