I came with my realtor to see a home in Delta and had the pleasure of meeting Erica. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the home and neighborhood. Although the home was lovely our experience with the fellow across the street was not. Our realtor parked on the side of the road near his driveway but was in no way blocking it. With many cars going back and forth during this time no one blocked this driveway and was on public property not blocking his access.

Erica was referred to us from a friend. We were coming off of a 6 month contract with a real estate agent that was okay but didn't quite listen to my requests or needs. Erica came in and gave a a very good feeling from the start She listened and was there for us as this was an extremely emotional process and difficult circumstances. Erica listen to one of the biggest requests I had which was get the house professionally measured and a layout completed as this house was going to be tailored for a particular family This would in turn find and extra 300 sft and also give potential buyers the opportunity to see the floor plan and potentially save our young family stress of having to leave for showings only to have them come in and walk out due to floor plan. Had my precious agent did this I would have been more successful and less stressed with the amount of showings we had experienced in the 6 mos contract. Erica was supportive and ended up connecting us with the most specially buyers you could imagine. This gave us added relief as a home can be quite an emotional tie. Erica negotiated the offer and our house was sold 1 month after being listed. We would recommend Erica for her caring touch and knowledgeable negotiating skills
