What can i say, The Property Twins make the buying and selling process a breeze! This is the second time i have worked with Chris , Jamie and Matt , once on the buying end and just recently on the selling end and i couldnt be more satisfied with the way things turned out . They really tap into the new age marketing side of things to get your house out there in the best way possible and they are very accurate / realistic with pricing and compareables. Selling my house this time was a wild ride . I worked mainly with Chris we had two offers fall thru due financing and everytime one fell thru another offer came to the table. I put a offer on a house in squamish after the first offer i got on my house so i had until december 15th to make it work . I was pretty much ready to loose hope after both offers fell thru becuase the clock was ticking on the squamish house . 7:30 pm on the 15th he said i found someone interested like very interested and they want to see your house tonight at 8:45 pm so i said ok lets do it , it was my last chance to not loose my dream house in squamish . Long story short 11 pm rolls around i get a no subject offer, i got to keep my dates i had set for my new place in squamish and at 11:45 pm everything was official and the rest was history, it was a christmas miracle !!!!! . The reason i tell the full story is becuase you can really feel how much work/care/ passion they put into selling your house and they will go the extra mile to make things happen no matter the time of night or circumstances . i honestly couldnt of been more appreciative to them for what they did and getting this deal done . I HIGHLY reccomend to anyone in the fraser valley that needs to buy or sell a house to reach out to The Property Twins because you will not be dissapointed !!!!

Matt, Chris, and Jamie were fantastic to work with start to finish. With it being my first time buying a home, I had a ton of questions, and they were all answered honestly and with great advice. The entire team really cares about finding the right home for you, and research properties as if they were their own. Matt found us a fantastic unit, and even sealed the deal with his expert fashion taste. Overall, the entire team was helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely fun to work with. I'd recommend them to anybody looking to buy or sell.

The Property Twins helped us to sell our home at the end of October. My wife and I found that Jamie, Chris and the team made the entire process quick, easy and stress free. The Property Twins are simply put a fantastic team of people! This is our second experience with them to both sell our current home and to buy a new one. From the get go they were professional, friendly and super enthusiastic about the whole process. We ended up both buying and selling on the same day and just this morning after everything was finalized yesterday put up the sold stickers while enjoying some champagne with this amazing team. Paul was very professional and determined to find the right fit for us. Our list had some pretty exact things that we wanted and he tried his hardest to search out a locate all the things we were looking for.
