When I panicked during our open house and told them to just take any offer, they subtly ignored this and ended up getting our townhouse into a bidding war and us selling for $50,000 over asking. I had the pleasure of volunteering at the Property Twins' Gone Country, a music extravaganza that raises money for cancer patients and the hospitals that save lives. We both sold our existing home and purchased our new home with Paul Piche from the Property Twins and are so happy with how the experience went. When you work with this group, you truly have the advantage of having an entire team of caring, knowledgeable agents who provide responsive communication and down to earth advice. Paul went above and beyond by even taking the time to provide showings on listings where offers where pending so that we could understand what was available in the niche market of listings we were originally looking at despite it being an unlikely sale for himself.
