The total floor area is approximately 233,000 square feet, resulting in a floor area ratio of 10.8 times the lot size. The new building will have five underground levels with 165 vehicle parking stalls and 352 secured bike spaces. The design, featuring a "weave" or "exoskeleton," draws inspiration from both natural and man-made sculptural forms. Residents will have access to amenities, including a communal lounge, gymnasium, and indoor swimming pool in the tower's base podium, with a private rooftop outdoor pool as part of the penthouse.
