I am so grateful for Paul... he was recommended to me through Jeff Ingram mortgage group (also lovely) .. and I truly do not have a single bad thing to say. For what can be a very intimidating scary and exciting process, Paul was extremely patient with me all the way through. Not only was he good to me, but he was also very patient with my, slightly grumpy, dad.. who accompanied me to all the showings. Paul never made me feel rushed or bothersome and he reassured me every step of the way. He was also very protective of my interests and investment and never made me feel pressured to buy. My dad said that he's dealt with a lot of realtors who felt slimy and pushy but we both felt Paul was the exact opposite. When it came time to make my offer Paul was completely on top of it and moved quickly, which I appreciated so much because I am a little high anxiety and tunnel vision once I get my mind made up. My very first offer was accepted thanks to his knowledge and within one month of making the offer I took possession. I cannot recommend Paul enough... if you're looking for a realtor, you found him. Seriously... stop looking.

Such a great team to work with. Our home was sold quickly and it was such a streamlined process, right from the initial meet & greet all the way to completion day. We used Jamie, Chris, Paul & Melody to help us upgrade from our townhouse to our first detached home. A huge decision in its own right, we also came with some time restrictions, and a specific house to pursue. Jamie guided us through the sale with realistic expectations in a tough market, and got it sold (3 times!), while Paul was busy negotiating the deal for our dream home on the buying side. Melody kept us on task, scheduling the viewings, firing over paperwork and checklists, while Chris... I actually don't know what Chris does, but it sounded really important. Something about targeted marketing, ad spend, retargeting and other analytics jargon. Not all hero's wear capes, but they do come in the form of the Property Twins Real Estate Group. Forever grateful for this team, their knowledge, experience, fun, and good-hearted commitment their people and communities.

The Property Twins team! What impressed me? Many things. Initially, their website. Then, my initial meet and greet with Chris and Paul, was a comfortable and honest communication laced with a bit of humour which for me is very important. Things moved very quickly the same day with an awesome photographer arriving and a beautiful brochure was soon delivered and we were listed. After my initial consult for my sale, most of my communication was with Jamie and/or Paul and I was impressed that I always received a text or call back very quickly to any enquiry, matter how ridiculous it may have been. Paul looked after an Open House and we had an offer! As well, I was very fortunate to enlist Paul to arrange to see and negotiate my new purchase. Any time I wanted to see a listing, Paul was accommodating and always on time or early which I greatly appreciated. Listening skills.
