Jamie, Chris, Melody, and Matt were all incredibly fantastic to work with. We sold our townhouse and bought our new perfect home with them, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process (even when they were moving themselves, or getting married!). Now that all the dust is settled we wanted to give you a massive THANK YOU for everything you have done. I've known you guys forever and we hired you as we are friends and know we could trust you without a doubt. However, you never know how people are on a professional level until you work with them, especially on such massive transactions. You guys exceeded all our expectations as far as your knowledge and expertise. You kept it light when it was stressful, guided me when I needed it, and I know all the work behind the scenes was to protect us and take care of our best interests. At the end of the day you guys got us the unicorn home that didn't exist in over a year of looking - our dream home on a large private lot, off market, without the bidding wars and ability to have it on our terms. That's pretty unheard of in this market. Then as soon as the buy was done, you sold our home in record time for by far, the highest priced comparable home in our neighborhood. It wasn't even 48 business hours between subject removal on our new home to signing off a subject free offer on our current home. That timing is absolutely amazing and it couldn't have happened without some great planning and everyone working together, ready to go at a moment's notice. As friends, we already love you all. But as clients, we're absolutely blown away by the level of service we received. When it comes to the process of selling/buying a home, it never seems to be easy, but with Chris, Jamie, and Matt - it was nothing short of that. Matt was a superstar. Purchasing your first home is a scary and daunting task, not knowing exactly what you're looking for or can afford. Paul is so dedicated to his clients he made me and my Mom feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire experience. I would literally trust him with my life...
