Patti Martin*

It was an absolute pleasure working with Patti and her team. I have used the Patti Martin Real Estate Group while buying and selling properties. Patti has always been attentive, honest and real! I appreciate her guidance and that she is always looking out for my best interest. Everyone I have referred to Patti has always been happy with her service. Patti is definitely my go to realtor!

Patti is an exceptional realtor. She and her team have helped us buy and sell multiple properties over the past 12 years. Patti really understands her client’s needs and has helped us to find the perfect home each time. Patti and Andrea are both professional, responsive, efficient and have never failed to help us sell our homes at the highest price possible. We are big fans of Patti Martin Real Estate Group and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell at home.

Patti Martin and her Team as all truly amazing! My family has known Patti for over 15 years and we always come back to her. She truly cares for us. Patti and her team are committed to making my buying/selling experience as flawless as possible. They are committed to completing the sale with as little stress on me and my family, they have always ensured we get the home we desire and their knowledge of Richmond makes the whole buying/selling process effortless. I am so grateful Patti came into our lives and I stand beside this team 100%. If you are looking for an agent who will support you and guide you, then this is the team you need working with you.

We met Adam Wachtel through an open house when we first started looking and from the get-go, we knew that we wanted him to be our realtor. He is super engaging, professional and his experience with the Richmond area is unparalleled. Throughout the buying process, he was very responsive and straight forward and he helped us find our dream condo. We were first-time home buyers so we really appreciated all the support; from guiding us through condos to checking in with us on moving day, Adam was there for every step of the way. We look forward to working with him and the Patti Martin team again when we look to up-size, sell and buy in the future!

I can't say enough good things about my experiences buying and selling with Patti and her team. Thanks to Patti's expertise and instinct, we sold our last home at the exact right time to take advantage of the market. The entire process was easy and uncomplicated, and Patti and Jenn's professionalism and confidence really put us at ease. They are true experts in the field. They were very attentive to our needs and worked with our schedule, often making us feel like we were their only clients when in reality they had many. They really do go above and beyond. I really appreciate that with Patti and her team, you aren't just a valued client for the duration of the time that you are buying/selling. Patti helped me buy my first apartment in 2009, and most recently, helped me buy my current home earlier this year. Over that span of thirteen years, with some more buying and selling in between, she has kept in touch with me about the market, has checked in to see how I'm doing, and regularly drops off thoughtful tokens of appreciation. We closed on our most recent purchase seven months ago, and we are still getting updates on units for sale in our townhouse complex from Jenn. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patti and her team to anyone looking to buy/sell!

We had a really positive experience buying with Adam from the Patti Martin team. Adam is personable, hardworking and has a "can do" mind set. Every member of this team has their part and executes it seamlessly. Finding a Realtor who you can create a long term relationship with can be a challenge. This team is up for that challenge.

We have worked with Patti and her team for many years and value their professionalism, expertise in the Richmond housing market and great customer service. Patti and her team are very easy to talk to and make sure that we have all the information we need when it comes to our real estate needs. They take great care of us and often show their appreciation for our loyalty and business. Our family highly recommends this wonderful team!

Patti Martin and her team are truly a pleasure to work with. We have now completed multiple buying and selling of properties with Patti and she has never let us down. We always felt reassured, prioritised, and taken care of during the entire process. If you're looking for someone with an expertise in Richmond real estate, Patti and her team can't be beat!

We purchased our first home in late 2020, and knew basically nothing going in about the process or the market. Based on some strong recommendations, we worked with Adam Wachtel from Patti's team, and had an incredible buying experience. Adam is thoroughly knowledgeable about the market and helped us to understand what to expect in the areas we were looking in, which helped us to feel confident in our decisions for where and what to look for within our price range. He helped us to find places that actually aligned what we were looking for in a home, including our new home that we love and that we wouldn't have found without him! Some parts of the buying process seemed overwhelming for us as first-time buyers, such as making an offer, but Adam was able to demystify this and provide excellent guidance towards us putting up offers that were competitive without pushing us beyond our comfort zone. There's lots more to say but only so much typing I can do, so in summary we would recommend Adam and the Patti Martin team to anyone looking to buy in Richmond or Vancouver.

Top Notch! I have had the pleasure of knowing Patti and using her services for over 20 years in the sale and purchase of my homes. I've never hesitated to refer others to Patti and her team. Excellent and professional service! Patti and her team take the time to care for their clients and will go that extra mile to make them feel special and appreciated. Keep up the great work!

I have purchased my very first apartment, which became a profitable investment property with Adam's help. His knowledge and expertise helped me make a great decision on this purchase. Adam has also made himself available to answer all my question far beyond this purchase which I am very grateful for.

Pattie and her team were amazing. She sold our house in the spring of 2020 during the pandemic. Professionalism second to none. Highly recommend Patti

Jennifer was wonderful in representing me through the purchase of my townhome. Very professional, and answered my questions within moments of my email or text, she made herself available over holiday weekend. She is an expert realtor & I would highly recommend her!

Patti's team helped my family with the sale of our house, and the purchase of our townhouse. First rate service. Professional. We highly recommend her team.

Patti Martin has always been an exceptional Real Estate professional but more importantly, she is an amazing person. She is able to incorporate her kindness, understanding and positive energy into all of her dealings and negotiations. She is fair and honest and continually acknowledges how her clients help make her business successful. Thank-you Patti for always 'being there' for us. And thank you for the support of your Team. Cheers, Sheila

Patti and her team are amazing! Very attentive towards all their clients. It doesn’t matter whether you are buying/selling in the thousands or millions, they care about everyone. Patti goes the extra mile to help her clients and works so hard to make them happy. She makes clients feel appreciated and keeps in touch through the years. I will (and have!) always recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home! When you contact, Patti, you always know that you will get top-notch service!

I have known Patti for many years and have had many real-estate dealings and transactions performed by her and her Team. I keep going back to Patti Martin because of her knowledge of Richmond, Professional behaviour and great communication. I would highly recommend Patti Martin and her Team. Best Regards, Ron

My husband and I worked with Jennifer from the Patti Martin group to buy a home in spring of 2021. She was amazing, we were expecting parents at the time in a market that was insane with too many buyers and too few sellers. Jennifer guided us, never pressured us and really understood the anxiety we were feeling in wanting a new home to bring our baby into. We ended up purchasing a house in Ladner that quickly became our family home thanks to Jennifer and everyone else at the Patti Martin group.

Overall it was a very good experience and we are happy of the purchase. Adam was always available for us and quick to respond to whatever questions we had. We didn’t know him before but as we talk and discuss more things we immediately trusted him. His professionalism and expertise of the real estate market led us to the perfect place we were looking. Thank you Adam.

My husband and I worked with Adam for our townhome purchase recently and had an extremely positive experience! As first time home-buyers, we really appreciated all the guidance, help and tips from Adam. He was responsive, full of knowledge and ensured we were comfortable throughout the process. Thanks for everything Adam!

We worked with Adam Wachtel from the Patti Martin Group while searching for a house. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and was able to find a home that met our very specific requirements. With his guidance, we were able to beat out multiple competing offers, and secure the house that we wanted. We are so thankful to have had him navigate us through the whole process. We would recommend Adam and the Patti Martin Group to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I've bought and sold with Patti on three occasions and each time I was very happy with my sale and purchase!

In the Spring of 2021, we enlisted the services of Patti Martin and her team to sell our townhome and help us find a new home. From first contact, we knew we were in excellent, professional hands and were so pleased we had made this choice in our realtor. Patti is so experienced and capable, knows the market extremely well, is honest in all her advice, communicates clearly and often, and is simply a pleasure to deal with. Our home sold in less than a week and at a price over asking. You can't ask for better service than that! One of Patti's team members, Jennifer Adams, took the lead in helping us find our new home. Through her kind guidance and determination, she found us our wonderful new home in an area we had not previously considered. We absolutely love the area and are very grateful to her for pushing us out of our comfort zone. In summary, if you choose Patti and her group for your real estate needs, you couldn't make a better choice! Thanks so much Patti and Jennifer!
