Patti Martin*

I worked with Jennifer Adams and I’ve never had a better experience in real estate. I trust her completely. She outdid herself. Thank you Jennifer

Patti, Jennifer and team were wonderful to work with. We are grateful for their knowledge, skills, insights and wisdom. They were very professional, friendly, organized and helpful. We would give 10 out of 5 stars if we could! Many thanks again! Best regards, Brian & Janice

I have only worked with Adam during my many real estate transactions over the years. He has always provided professional guidance and support to our never ending and ongoing moves.

Andrea was very professional, always gave positive vibes,so friendly and was a pleasure to work with and sold my apartment very quick.I am a happy client and will definitely recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.Thank You Andrea

Got to say Patti and her team were fantastic in helping me sell and buy new dream home. they delivered a no pressure service which I really appreciated. I would recommend Patti 100%... i give her and her team 5 stars

Patti Martin & Zach Zhang never gave up on us. They helped us into our first home, which in this Vancouver market is as tough as it gets. We were not million dollar home buyers or backed by big money; just a small family looking for a place to call home and raise a kid. We initially chose Patty because she was in Richmond and we thought that was where we would end up, but despite some great places we ended up right near where we lived before. So if you don't know where your going; it's o.k., Zack will drive anywhere, all over town to show you whats out there and Patti has contacts everywhere. When we move again we may not know where we're going but we will know where our Real estate agents office is and that's what's most important.

Thank you to Patti Martin and her team at Remax Realty. 5 Star Excellence. Having bought and sold twice with her team. I am so grateful for all their help navigating the purchase of my forever home, finding solutions for the many obstacles I encountered along the way. Special thanks to Jennifer Adams for the many hours finding me that perfect corner unit! Thank you all, Bonnie Balbo

We’ve known Patti for over 20 years and she has helped us buy and sell 2 properties in Richmond. She knows the market inside and out and always gets the best prices possible. Andrea and the rest of the team are also fantastic work with. We highly recommend the Patti Martin Group!

Patti and her entire team are amazing to work with, whether you are buying or selling a home. Patti and Jennifer worked so hard to find us a great neighbourhood to build our new home. Patti even took time during a family long weekend to personally drive me to view the property. Add in Jennifer’s hands on personal touch with the seller’s agent and it was a winning combination. When it was time to sell our house, Patti, Jennifer and the rest of the team provided equally fantastic service. Patti truly cares about her clients and no matter if you’ve worked with her once or many times, she treats each client equally well. If you’re looking for the best real estate team in the Lower Mainland, then the only choice is Patti Martin!

Patti Martin and her staff are one of the most professional businesses I have ever dealt with. Not only are they professional, they are caring, honest and extremely helpful. An other wonderful quality Patti and her staff have is their continued connection with us, their former client even long after the initial sale. We highly recommend Patti or anyone of the real Estate agents on her staff to sell your property. or to assist you in buying your next home.....You will not be disappointed . We do not give five stars usually but the Patti Martin Real Estate Group deserve every one.

Patti, Jennifer, and the team have helped me sell/buy twice now, and are the only Realtors I trust and would ever work with again. They are professional but they make you feel like part of the family! They go above and beyond and take all the anxiety away from making a purchase, or listing your home. I am so grateful that I was referred to Patti and regret not using her for my first home purchase <3

Patti & her team have helped buy & sell three homes. She has deep knowledge of the market & she’s kind & calm! We highly recommend her! Mike Ball

Patti and Jennifer made our home purchase a stress-free and enjoyable experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers, and they were both always available to answer our questions and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Our home is perfect for our family! I highly recommend Patti and Jennifer to anyone looking for professional and trustworthy realtors!

Patti and her team consistently go above and beyond. Her community involvement in Richmond and connection to her clients goes well beyond the purchase or sale of your home. Your home buying or selling experience will be exciting and stress free with Patti and her team!

Patti Martin helped me sell my home several years ago, skillfully handling obstacles that may have derailed the sale if not for her. Needless to say, I didn’t think twice when I recently hired her to list my home. She knows the local market, understands human behaviour and I trust her completely.

5 stars, Highly recommend

Adam Wachtel exceeded our expectations when we purchased our first home. He spent a lot of time coming up with our initial list of homes, and was honest and patient with us. Adam was professional, thoughtful, and we really felt like he went to bat for us in our interactions with other agents/sellers. The Patti Martin team has also been wonderful even after the transactions were finished, and really made us feel like we were part of the family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Having worked with the Patti Martin Real Estate Group for many years, we appreciate their focus on Customer Service, being knowledgeable and resourceful. Patti's Team is the only Real Estate firm that we continue to use and would recommend.

Patti Martin has been my realtor of choice for the past 30 years... Together we have journeyed in purchasing homes for my family's growing needs as new members came into this world. With the sale of my last home this spring of 2021 and the purchase of my retirement property over on the islands. Patti's team members... Andrea did a fantastic job in presenting and selling my home... and Adam was instrumental in negotiating my purchase of a new lot for my retirement. As always over the years Pattie and her team have always been top notch professionals who are knowledgable on the market trends, her team are skilled analysts at finding your market price. Most important, Patti has always treated me as more than just a client, she leads a team who all have carried my best interest at heart with their open honesty and genuine caring. Something that is very rare these days. I have never hesitated recommending them to my friends and family and I have no hesitations now.

We are first time homeowners and Adam’s guidance and knowledge made the experience and process less daunting and really exciting. Adam was quick to provide us with as much information as possible, answer all our questions and to provide us with great referrals (inspectors, insurance, Reno’s etc). This was a big step for our little family and having Adam as our realtor really made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. We can’t thank you enough Adam for everything you did!

Patti Martin was great to work with when it came time to selling our condo and moving into our townhome. The group was great at walking us through the process and answering all of our questions. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the aspects of the process and the various showings that we got to see. We love our new place and we’re very thankful for the way our experience turned out and would highly recommend the Patti Martin real estate group to anyone who would like professional advice and service.

Patti and her team are an absolute dream to work with! Patti made the sale of our family home easy and quick. She helped us navigate our first home sale and walked us through every step. Jennifer was incredible in helping me then find my own home to purchase! She took into consideration everything I was looking for and helped make my new home a reality. Patti, Jennifer and the entire team are professional, helpful and patient. Best real estate team in Richmond!

Always polite, professional and responsive in all aspects of our dealings. Very impressive!
