Patti Martin*

I completed a transaction with Patti Martin from RE/MAX and it was a very smooth experience. Patti is professional, organized, and clear in her communication. She understands the details of a contract and keeps her clients well-informed throughout the process. That kind of steady approach is what helps transactions stay on track, especially in competitive Lower Mainland markets. She represents her clients firmly while still maintaining a collaborative working relationship with the other side. That balance matters when you’re trying to get a deal across the finish line. If you’re looking for an experienced and professional real estate agent, Patti is someone I would confidently recommend.

As the executor of a complicated estate I couldn't have asked to work with a better real estate team. Patti and her agents sold a challenging property while simultaneously working with the three primary heirs to find each of them fantastic townhouses, all interconnected to the sale of the family house. So many moving parts but it all came together.

Patti Martin and her team are outstanding, and they are simply the best real estate team that my husband and I worked with in the Lower Mainland. They have supported us with four transactions in Richmond over the past 19 years, helping us find the best properties for our needs at the best prices, all while making the processes smooth and transparent. Patti has also provided us with invaluable advice and encouragement on a purchase out of province. Always friendly, warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! And we always appreciate the kind ways that Patti stays in touch with her clients over time and keeps us updated, and answers any questions we have. Absolute solid gold! Thank you Patti and your team!

Patti and her team are professional, knowledgeable and caring. They sold my home quickly. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Patty and her team are the best!!!

Patti Martin and her real estate team are the best in Richmond. They're professional, honest, experienced and care about their clients from the beginning until the end.

Patti Martin and her team are simply the best. Very responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, caring and just great people. I’ve worked with Patti for over 20 years and she has always gotten me the best deal. I highly recommend that you give them a call.

Patti and her team are amazing! They are caring and ensure all your needs and issues are taken care of. I highly recommend them!

100% we would recommend Patti Martin and her team to absolutely everyone! This is the 4th transaction using Patti and Adam, and their knowledge, reputation and professionalism is top notch and they make all the stressful details of buying and selling go so smoothly! Adam was patient and awesome helping us look and finding our perfect home, he is fantastic at asking all the right questions to the agents and doing his own investigations to check for problematic plumbing and utilities that will need upgrading, and making sure there is ample storage for my ridiculous amount of Christmas boxes…..Thanks Adam! Patti is always available with expert advise in a down to earth easy to understand manner, great client services are hard to find these days and they set the bar very high. This is a team you can really trust to help you with one of the most important decisions in your life!

We worked with Patti and her team to sell a property. They provided excellent, timely and friendly service! If we need a real estate agent again in the future, we will use Patti and her team.

Updated review: January 2024 Three years have passed since we last worked with Patti, Adam, and the team to buy our first home and now the time has come to sell our first home to move up in the market and get a bit more space for our growing family. From the initial consultation to help with preparing for showings, following up with prospective buyers, and all the other nuts and bolts that go into selling a home, we were well taken care of by Patti and her team. Thank you for your patience, prompt communication, and for really going to bat for us when the market was so incredibly slow and challenging. We are grateful for your hard work in helping us sell our home! We would (still!) 100% recommend Patti, Adam, and the team! Original review: September 2020 Just want to say thank you so much to Adam, Patti, and the team for guiding my partner and I as first-time homebuyers through the entire process. Adam gave us very sound advice about the market and growth potential, and is very knowledgeable about the area in which we bought our dream home. He coordinated all the info we needed to remove subjects quickly and was a voice of reason throughout. We are so grateful that he answered all our questions, however small, and never made us felt like any of them were silly. Thank you, Adam! - Janet and Flo

We have been working with the Patti Martin Real Estate Group for years! They are all such a pleasure to work with :)

Adam was very helpful through buying and selling. He worked really hard to give us the best options available. I couldn't recommend more Patti Martin's team. They all go above and beyond to give you the best possible experience when buying/selling a property. They understand what an enormous thing it is, and do their best to fulfill your needs. Thank you to everyone on the team, and especially to Adam.

Zack Zhang recently assisted in selling our personal residence. We found him well informed and highly professional in dealing with us. He was very patient throughout the entire process and responsive to all our inquiries. His calm and reassuring presence was a breath of fresh air under normally stressful circumstances. He was truly a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend his services!

It was such a pleasure dealing with Patti Martin and her staff on our recent home sale! She is a highly experienced and knowledgeable realtor who knows the market extremely well. She was able to guide us through numerous decisions, gave invaluable recommendations to get best outcomes. Patti is an excellent communicator, her responses to our many inquiries were prompt and on point. We felt valued as a client and that she was confident and assertive in the negotiations process with our best interest in mind. We highly recommend Patti and can’t say enough great things about her and her team of professionals!

An excellent experience! As an out of town seller, Patti’s guidance made the whole selling process easy and seamless. From the moment I first spoke with Patti on the phone, I knew she was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate market in Richmond. She knew the quirks and details of every building in the area, every property that had listed and sold, and which buyers our property would appeal to. We were selling just when the market was turning down and yet Patti knew exactly how to price the property for a quick sale and fair price. And we sold within 10 days of listing, above asking. Patti has also put together an amazing team. Her two assistants, Susan and Karen were warm, friendly, prompt and timely. Their professionalism was beyond expectations. It was a pleasure working with them. Thank you Patti and your team for everything you have done for me.

Our second time working worth Patti and team, this time Adam helped us find a condo in central Richmond. With the way that the market has softened, Adam was great at helping us navigating the various listings and sellers, and thus sometimes odd demands. He was always so prompt in sharing info and responding, and great at getting us the best info to make a decision. Subsequently, Adam and Patti then helped us list and sell my in-law’s condo in Burnaby - definitely going “out of their way” to help give us the comfort and confidence in working with people we know and trust completely. Thanks Adam and Patti!

Patti Martin recently sold our home of 20 years in the Steveston area and we could not have been happier with the service we received! Patti‘s sense of urgency and quick turnaround time to listing/open house really impressed us. Our home sold quickly and above the asking price. In summary we believe that no one could have done a better job selling our home and Patti Martin and her team!

It is now the third time our family has engaged the competent and thorough services of Patti and her team over the years in the sale/purchase/sale of our homes. Our last sale was particularly challenging due to the quickly changing market conditions at the time, requiring re-listing the property. Other circumstances made for time-consuming extra work for her, but she pro-actively and thoroughly went above and beyond in securing the best possible offer we could reasonably expect. Thank-you Patti and your associate Zack Zhang!

When making plans to get into the housing market, my significant other and myself were feeling apprehensive and intimidated, but Patti Martin Real Estate Group made it a very enjoyable process. Being inexperienced, we were not sure what to expect, but they did an excellent job to provide us with the guidance we needed. Our realtor Zack Zhang's professionalism and wealth of knowledge was key in helping us make the right choice and now we are proud and excited to call ourselves home owners.

We highly recommend Patti Martin team for their great advice, updated market analysis and professional services. They encouraged us to list the house ASAP in March 2022, and helped us sell the house within 2 weeks. Right after we sold the house, the market started to slow and fall as internet rate rises. Without Patti, we cannot sell our house for such a good price in a short period. Thanks, Patti!

Let Patti's group of professionals help you and you will be very happy with the outcomes
