Patti Martin*

I have used Adam on a couple of occasions. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate his honesty and value his opinion during the various stages of selling a home. I will continue using him in the future.

Patti Martin Real Estate Group is the Best.

We are very happy with the services and help from our Realter Zack, he is diligent, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. We will recommend him to our friends.

We’ve been fortunate to purchase our first home with Patti Martin Real Estate Group. Our realtor, Adam Wachtel, was excellent in making sure we understood the whole process. From the get go, he was able to keep us constantly updated on potential properties we may be interested in as Adam was very responsive through call, text, and email. During our viewings, Adam showed knowledge about each building’s recent repairs and strata management of each property. He communicated any potential issues and reviewed them with us helping to narrow our options down. Once we found the house we liked, he was very quick at helping us secure purchasing our condo. We were initially overwhelmed with the thought of how competitive the housing market was but felt well taken cared of. Adam was very confident in communicating to the seller’s realtor on our behalf and we found that he really advocated for us in each interaction leading to our possession date. We are very thankful for your help in finding us our first home!

It’s easy to give a 5-star rating, but this is deserved. Parri and Adam are great to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and have outstanding integrity. You would be foolish to use any other real estate team. Home happens here!

Patti Martin doesn't just work on her own as she has a fabulous team who work hard for the best results for the client. We would go back again to Patti Martin's team in the future. Take my advice ... if you need to sell/buy a home don't waste your time with other realtors ... call Pattie Martin.

Patti and her team gave us a lot of support and guidance to make sure we got full value for our home when we sold it. Susan, the decorator did a great job in helping us decorate and declutter. We were very satisfied with the way all transactions were handled and our move went smoothly. They really did a great job for us!

Patti and Jennifer were fantastic both at helping us buy and sell our home and as outstanding people who were very attentive to our needs and our situation. Patti and team went over every single detail and ensured we had a very smooth sell and an even easier buy. We did originally expect the process to take months but Patti was able to move us up in the queue and execute in a timeframe we didn't even think was possible. What brought us to Patti Martin was not only her reputation and several referrals from our friends but also her involvement in the community and to our city. Thanks again Patti and team!

Patti, Adam and her team made selling our townhouse extremely easy and guided us thru the entire process without any issues. They are extremely proactive and resourceful and in the end able to meet our high expectations as sellers. I would definitively use their services again!

We have been clients of the Patti Martin Real Estate Group for over ten years. We have bought and sold four properties. Additionally our son bought and sold his condo with Patti Martin. Patti and her team are attentive to their clients’ needs and work hard to achieve the right result. In addition to Patti, we have worked with Jennifer and Zack, both excellent agents.

In 2018 my wife and I used Patti and her team to sell our townhouse in Richmond and buy a new house. They provided us with a highly professional and reassuring experience, right from the first meeting to the sale of our townhouse and the purchase. Jennifer helped us find the perfect home to move into, and we couldn't be happier. I would not hesitate to use their services again or refer them to others. Jason and Christine

We have used the Patti Martin team to help us buy and sell properties over the last 25 yrs. We recently used Patty and Adam and one thing you can count on is professional advice and knowing your interests are always looked after!!!

This past year I had the privilege of using the Patti Martin Real Estate Group for 3 separate transactions. The recommendation to use this group came from a trusted source, so I thought I would take a chance. What a positive outcome it proved to be. Both Patti and Andrea were incredibly professional, responsive and timely which made the transactions easier to complete. If anyone is looking for any realty service, you can’t go wrong using the Patti Martin Real Estate Group.

We bought and sold 3 properties with the Patti Martin group and Jennifer in particular was outstanding. Jennifer, in my opinion, is the professional and personal standard to which all Real Estate Agents should be measured. Her advice was respectful, thoughtful, unselfish and extremely professional. Jennifer is prompt, follows up on anything and everything and works extremely hard to ensure the best experience for both seller and buyer regardless of which party she represents.

Thank you Patty!!! We have thoroughly enjoyed living in the home you sold us. You listened to our needs and found us our forever home!!!

Jennifer and Patti were extremely helpful and supportive through my long search for a new home. Through the COVID timeframe, they were very responsive, took time to answer my questions, handled the whole purchase of my new home with expertise, professionalism and even supported me after the purchase with referrals etc. A great team working for you!

We use Patti Martin for a significant move of our family to Richmond and she was amazing. That was a few years ago and she goes above and beyond taking care of her clients long after the transaction is done!

I contacted Patti as she was referred to me by my mother. Patti has always gone above and beyond to make her clients feel special and cared for. She assigned Adam to my file and he has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and practical. His actions and advice show that he has the best interest of his clients at heart and does not try to just push a sale.

We have been using Patti Martin and her real estate team for all our Real Estate needs since 2001. Whether buying selling or just asking for advise, all of our needs have been met with the highest level of service. Patti and her team are very knowledgeable and have made selling and buying a worry free experience.

Strategic negotiators. Responsive. Kind. Good listeners. This great team of realtors is deeply knowledgeable about the local real estate market and works hard to establish enduring relationships with clients that are based on integrity and trust.

Patti sold us our home years ago, and got it absolutely right. It was a no-brainer to have her sell my in-laws home, but I was incredibly impressed. Her compassion, understanding and empathy eased the process, but her acumen and knowledge is what sold us - and the house. I will not be hesitating next time I need a Realtor!

I have been dealing with Patti and her team for many years, from my first apartment 20 years ago to my last house. My last transaction was with Jen and as always I appreciate the professionalism, the care, attention to detail and ongoing support of the full team. They are there for their clients 100 percent and it is appreciated.

In one word, "excellent." Patti and her team sold our home in Richmond on Hummingbird Drive in three days and for a price over asking. The whole process was seamless. Quick, efficient, highly professional, and friendly service, even at a typically stressful time. Grace under pressure. Peter and Susan Joy.

Patti and her team are fantastic. They are warm, caring, professional, and know everything there is to know about the industry. We've bought and sold with them and will do so again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Patti and her group are the nicest of people. Professional, good follow-up and there is always a quick sale of the condo's I have placed in her hands. I used her in 2016 and again 2020 and both times I was impressed. You cannot go wrong with listing your home/condo with the Patti Martin Group. I recommended my cousin to her also in 2020 and she also had a quick sale on her house.
