Patti Martin*

I was very impressed at how easy it was to deal with Patti and her team. They were professional and quick to answer any questions I had regarding the sale of my home. I would highly recommend Patti and her team for any future real estate transactions!

We have bought and sold a few properties through Patti and her awesome team, and couldn't be happier. While some advice was not what we wanted to hear, it was perfectly valid and proved correct, every time. Their after-sale/purchase efforts, events and little gifts keeps them top of mind and their effectiveness as agents in all aspects of the deal is exemplary. Definitely recommend them for anyone needing their services.

I chose Patti Martin Real Estate Group as the realtor for the sale of my parents' home and am so glad that I did. I found Patti and Adam to be very professional and the sale closed with no surprises. I would definitely use them for any future sales or purchases and have no problem recommending them.

Patti sold my home for me. It was an amazing experience! I was expertly guided through the process by Patti’s team to plan the sale strategically, and spruce up my home so it would show well to get the best price. Her team is lovely, and I felt very well guided and supported through the process. Patti is very smart, very caring and pays attention to detail, and this made the sale less stressful. She has my whole-hearted recommendation.

We have used Patti on several occasions and she has always gone above and beyond for us. She is very professional, responsive, looks after all of our needs and has the ability to deal with every situation thrown at her. Her customer service is amazing and we highly recommend her. No only is she a great realtor, but also an ambassador to Richmond as she continuously gives back to the community.

The team worked very well together to support the sale of my property. Andrea Chu provided reliable advice and timely communication throughput the process. Not only did we get multiple offers, but we also received full asking price!

Patti & her team were absolutely fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable in their respective industry. They sold our house in just a few weeks of listing. Highly recommend their services!!

Patti and Adam know their stuff. I appreciated Adam's and Patti's expertise and advice. I was confident that I got the best deals possible working with them.

I have used the services of Patti and her West Coast Remax team more than a half dozen times for buying and selling over the last two decades. I love to move! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and I could always count on them for accurate advise in every area whether it was mortgage, legal or simply preparing for sale. They have the clients best interests at heart always!

Moving from the Interior and downsizing from a large house to a condo was a very challenging experience for me. With the help of Patti and Adam the experience went very smoothly and they had me in the perfect place very quickly with no hiccups. This business has excellent teamwork and are very professional. Always quick response with all my questions. I will use them again next time I need a realtor. No hesitation in recommending them.

Patti Martin was integral in the sale of our townhome. She was so knowledgeable and truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. We also used her associate Jennifer Adams in finding our current home about 5 years ago and are still in it, and couldn’t be happier! Such an amazing team and I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

I’ve used Patti Martin since 1997, when I bought my first condo. I can’t say enough about Patti and her team. They are all very professional, friendly and always helpful. Jennifer & Zack we’re great team and work very efficiently at selling my home in Richmond. Jennifer then helped me find my home in Whiterock. I would recommend the Patti Martin Group to anyone…great team! Thank you again for your expertise!

Patti and her group were so competent in selling our home and finding another one for us! She calmed my nerves on many occasions and continues to keep in touch! I would never use anyone else for my real estate needs!

Great! Helped me find and buy my new home. I am so grateful.

My wife and I recently bought our 2nd home with the assistance of Adam from Patti's team. His attention to detail regarding the purchase and sale of our homes were great, and he walked us through every step of the way. We're thrilled with our new home. Thanks Adam!!

I sold a property with Patti and her team. Patti took the time to visit, get pictures and measurements done - even though the house was a tear down - it has since been bought by a developer and is going through rezoning. Patti left no stone unturned, the team was professional and never left me feeling rushed and always answered my questions. They always made me feel as if I were their most important client. My next move will be with Patti and her team.

Zack Zhang非常耐心！帮助我们买到心意的物业！5星好评！

::EDIT:: Since posting my initial review Patti reached out to me. The contact email off the website had not been moved to the new server since updating their website which is why there was a delay in response. My conversation with Patti showed me how much she cared about not only her clients but those who engage with her team. She was extremely genuine and made no excuses for the poor experience I had. Based on my conversation with Patti I would have no qualms working with her or recommending her individually in the future. ------------- I requested a viewing of one of their listed properties in New Westminster. I was provided via email a few different timeframes by Adam and requested 12:30pm on a Sunday for our appointment. Adam confirmed with his reply by stating 12:30pm Sunday worked for him. I arrived early and called Adam at 12:29pm to be told by him "....I never confirmed your appointment". When I advised he had and could send him a screenshot of the email as confirmation he said, "That's impossible as I can't be in two places at once." I asked if he would be coming and he said no. He made no attempt to re-schedule. To me, this is extremely unprofessional, so I decided to follow up and email the contact address listed on their website. Nearly 72 hours later and I still have not had a reply.

Patti and her team are one a kind. Doesn’t matter whether your listing is 400 thousand or 4 million, you still receive the highest quality of service. In the many times we have used her, we have never been disappointed. She surrounds herself with like minded efficient professionals. We have recommended her to many others who feel the same. We will continue to use Patti for all future real estate needs.

My family has used Patti Martin Real Estate on three occasions. Our experience with Jennifer and Patti have been nothing but positive. I would highly recommend their services!

During the selling and buying period of time, we felt extremely protected and cared for by all the people in the Patti Martin team. Particularly, I would like to express our deepest words of appreciation to Adam Wachtel for his professionalism, advices and support, without which this period of time in our lives would have been much more difficult. Thank you and all the best to all of you.

Adam Wachtel was great to work with! He got us full asking on our condo in 48 hours and helped us up size into a beautiful town house. He kept us updated along the way and handled everything professionally. Even after we finalized the sale he followed up to make sure everything was planned for the move in/ move out date and even came by on move in day with lunch. We will definitely be recommending him to all of our friends and family... the guy is great at his job!!

Patti helped us buy our first home in Richmond about 7 years ago. We were very happy with her team's services, and are still enjoying our home today. Will definitely be using her services again when it's time to sell!

A really good friend of ours referred us to Patti after having worked with her previously. It only took one meeting for my husband and I to decide that Patti would be the right realtor for us. Her decades of experience, market knowledge depth, and professionalism can’t be beat; but her competitive advantage lies in the team that she has built. Together, they are a well-oiled machine - efficient and effective every step of the way. Thank you Patti, Jennifer, Andrea, David, Suzanne, and the admin team behind the scenes for a stress-free and seamless experience!
