Patti and her team are great communicators, by phone, text and email, and always kept me in the loop about selling my place.

I did a lot of research before I chose an agent to sell my property in Richmond，BC. It is not difficult to find the most professional and reputable Realtor. I had the most pleasant experience in dealing with Patti Martin and her team of experts. They were most helpful and patient to advise me of the fair selling price in a short time. They also helped me to find my new home and worked out a perfect move out and move in schedule that saved me a lot of money. Since then, I have recommended Patti to many of my friends. They are all happy and grateful to Patti and her Team. I would strongly recommend Patti.

We’ve used Patti both when we bought and then sold our townhouse. She and her staff were fantastic each time! When buying she helped us negotiate a great price and when selling she was keeping us up to date on showings and getting our place sold quickly. Would definitely recommend!

The worst realtor in Richmond. The condo I purchased used Patti as the selling agent. She was rude when showing me the unit (like I was wasting her time). When it came time to get the keys after purchase she was (too busy) to bother to meet me to pick up the keys. She said the best she could do was leave the keys to my new condo in her personal mailbox at her house!! What a joke you should be ashamed of your behaviour. ***** DON’T USE PATTI MARTIN*****

Patti and her team did a fantastic job getting our house in Steveston on the market and sold super fast. Always professional with a deep knowledge of our Richmond neighbourhood. Thanks for an amazingly easy and hassle free experience.
