I first met Terry when she was working with a client who was purchasing a unit in my complex - as President of the Strata Council I was able to assist her, while she dealt with a very unethical Agent who was representing the seller. During that time, we struck up a rapport and I had informed Terry that I was dealing with significant health problems and wished I could be closer to my family, but doubted I would ever find something like what I had here in Coventry Woods - without any pressure at all, Terry went to work and surprised me with finding a choice of very similar - this was not a move I had intended on making at this time, however, when I discussed it with my family, we all decided it was the 'right' time to do it. This was all being processed at the time the market was 'hot' - but by the date my unit was listed, it had taken a major hit, due to the 15% tax being introduced - that didn't stop Terry - she went to work - continued to keep me calm and took on the role of what a 'good' realtor should do. The process went smoothly in purchasing my new home in Chilliwack, however, selling my unit became a challenge for her, due to again dealing with another rather unethical Agent - we had a back-up offer and withdrew from the first one. It is so disappointing to witness the nature of the Real Estate world when you have one who is so diligent in her professional approach to everything - however, Terry is certainly strong enough to withstand it. We are still in the process of the final chapter of moving and I just know I don't have to worry about anything, I'm in good hands with Terry. She even drives me to Chilliwack anytime I need to sign documents etc., as I can't do that drive myself. I would not hesitate in recommending Terry to other clients - she earns her commission and more - she spoils you and makes your journey that much less stressful - thanks Terry and good luck with your future endeavors. My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Terry Wong over the past 9 months. We first started looking at properties in the Fraser Valley in the Fall of 2015. Not only did she take the lead in finding the right property, but she managed all the necessary details to complete the transaction.
