Relative recommended Jessica and her team to help sell parents home and in finding me a suitable condos to purchase in east Vancouver. Team were knowledgeable and helpful in giving tips and advice and extremely diligent in helping close the deal on the home purchase I had settled on. We were based in Ontario, looking for a real estate agent in Vancouver. This was a hassle to arrange remotely while knowing nobody in BC. Hours were spent researching, tons of reviews were read, and several agents were approached. Then we found a team with positive reviews that stood out to us. They offered a concierge service, meaning a full-service one-stop shop: searching and buying the property; finding the lawyer to finish a deal; reno pros etc. We never regretted contacting Jessica Chen and the team - they truly had all their bases covered. Jessica responded in a timely manner and set up a video call, where she introduced us to a real estate advisor, Jason Ng. From the very beginning they provided a very personal custom-tailored approach to accommodate all our needs. We booked our trip to Vancouver for 5 days. It was our first visit to Vancouver, so the team provided us with a very detailed itinerary. Jason scheduled all showings arranging all the meetings efficiently to use our time wisely. It allowed us to explore the city, getting a feel for the environment and people of Vancouver. The listings were very carefully selected. Jason was extremely professional, providing in-depth pros and cons for every listing, with considerations for our personal preferences as well as the surrounding neighbourhoods. After all showings were completed on our last day of the trip, we decided to put down an offer. Jason completed the whole process of multiple counteroffers masterfully. We feel we got the best price possible for this property, as a result of his strategic and skillful handling of the negotiation process. Jason never stopped surprising us. Prior to final completion of the deal he arranged and attended the home inspection. He video call us to review inspection report. All never ending documents, emails, and our questions were provided with thorough explanations and answers. The team provided us with their own list of insurance companies and law firms which we followed and rendered the necessary services from. We are just a few short steps away from fully closing the deal but Jessica and Jason got us through the biggest hurdles with great care and efficiency. Jessica Chen is absolutely THE BEST realtor ever. What makes her great? She figured out very quickly what I want, like, and don't want by asking a few questions about lifestyle, preferences, etc. She then helped me understand the different neighborhoods of BC and how they did or did not meet my goals and preferences. She is very patient - answered all my questions with a clear depth of intimate knowledge. Never pushy - never judgmental - simply clear honest and straight forward information for me to decide what was right for me. Super fun, efficient, timely, respectful, knowledgable, resourceful, and detailed. Even after my purchase (which she guided and helped me through), she checked on my place until I moved in, met me there when I moved in, provided details on the immediate neighborhood (again, recognizing I couldn't remember all the previous details), and has continued to make herself and her partners at WestCoast Living RE Group available offering all the resources, recommendations, and guidance I need starting in a new area.
