We had the pleasure of working with Mike before we even moved to Squamish and through the process of finding a rental and then helping us buy our beautiful home. We needed to find a rental to move into before we moved to Squamish and was told that 'finding a rental in Garibaldi Highlands is like finding a unicorn' ... well Mike found us that unicorn in the perfect location! What a legend! We then worked together in turning around buying a home and moving in within two months of us moving to Squamish and Mike was able to guide us through all the processes. He was able to work his magic with getting us a good price. Mike also worked really well with the other realtor to help us get an extension even when the owner did not want to us give us extension that we needed to get everything in order in a really short space of time. Trying to buy a house in a really short space of time was sometimes really stressful so we feel lucky to have had Mike by our side helping us. I am so thankful that we had Mike as our realtor, we wouldn't have our lovely home without him and we have already recommended him to many friends.

Mike helped us find a home while we were across the country. Because we were so far away he had to do so much of the legwork and relay the info back to us. I feel we took so much of his time yet he was always there to help out with a smile and great attitude. And when we finally made our way to Squamish he drove us around for a couple days taking us from house to house. We ended up finding our home and he helped us negotiate a great price. He really went so far above and beyond, never pressuring us into a descision we weren’t comfortable with. Always listening and giving us his honest, best feedback.
