I’m a REALTOR® with 19 years of experience specializing in waterfront and private island real estate throughout the Southern Gulf Islands, Saanich Peninsula and Greater Victoria.
My connection to the coast and the Gulf Islands goes back much further than my real estate career. I grew up on Salt Spring Island, spent time working as yacht crew in the Mediterranean, and today I live full-time on Sidney Island. My connection to the coast and the Gulf Islands goes back much further than my real estate career. I grew up on Salt Spring Island, spent time working as yacht crew in the Mediterranean, and today I live full-time on Sidney Island. I’ve spent much of my life on or around the water, and that experience has naturally shaped my real estate business.

I specialize in the kinds of properties that often require a little more knowledge and experience to buy or sell—from waterfront homes and private islands to boat-access and off-grid properties.

What I bring to my clients goes beyond knowing the real estate market. I understand what it actually takes to own and enjoy these properties—from docks, wells, septic systems and marine access to boats, barges, water taxis and the logistics of building and maintaining a home on an island.

For sellers, my goal is to tell the story of a property and get it in front of the right audience. I use professional photography, video, social media and targeted digital marketing to reach buyers locally and well beyond Vancouver Island. My properties and marketing have received local, national and international media exposure.

For buyers, I’m just as comfortable touring properties by boat as I am by car. I can help you navigate the practical side of waterfront and island ownership and, just as importantly, help you determine whether a property and community are genuinely the right fit for the lifestyle you’re looking for.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me on the water or outdoors. I’m an avid boater, fisherman and hunter, and I’m currently working toward my private pilot licence.
