I have searched a number of realtors and I found Amber who appears to suit my requirement to sell my rental property. One of the thing I look for when doing any business is whether the other party responds quickly and Amber did just that. She replied in a timely manner and asked the right questions to ensure she covers all her required information to sell my property quickly. She is honest, kind and cares about her clients to ensure her clients' best interest comes first. I thank Amber for her diligent work and selling my property quickly.

My husband worked in the staging business for 10 years so I know the value of staging - and Amber STILL managed to completely blow us away with the staging of our townhome! She worked with a lot of what we already had and added her personal touches to create a stunning result. We had 62 showings in 3 days and 22 offers and I know we couldn't have done it without her! She came over to tell us what to keep and pack away and then came back to work her magic! We got WELL OVER asking so the staging more than pays for itself. We've also hired her to come help us decorate our new home because her style and taste is outstanding! She was always on time, very responsive to texts and so sweet and kind. Can't recommend her enough!

I met Amber when I began browsing houses, agentless. She was very eager to offer her help and even help me look at other homes when the one she had listed sold. As a first time homebuyer I had tons of questions at all times of the day. Amber was always quick to reply and was great at guiding me through the process. Her patient demeanor was very welcoming and calming. She really took in what I wanted while also watching out for me and turning me away from bad deals. Now with a first purchase under my belt I'm ready for the next chapter, but I'll definitely be returning to Amber when it's time to up and sell!

Really takes the time to care about what your looking for. She is very focus on getting what you want. I love her directness, you know from the start she will find you your perfect condo / home. Never complained from constant texts and alway responded. It’s rare to find someone like this.
