I recently sold my home with the assistance of Amber Unique Homes, my realtor of choice. I had used Amber to decorate my home which also turned out amazingly. She was my first choice when I made the decision to sell. She was informative and patient throughout the entire process in the midst of an unsteady market. Not only did she help me sell at a great price but also lined me up with movers and a notary. I can't say enough about how good she is as a person. It was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend her without hesitation! Amber is the best and now a friend for life.

My wife and I decided to move to BC and we didn't know which Realtor to use. We asked around and my Mother in Law referred us to Amber. Amber is very fast in responding to our questions and providing information on the market. I am not from the area, so it was really nice to have a Realtor that was knowledgeable about the area and provide their honest opinion on the neighborhood and property.

Amber is an amazing realtor!! She is very knowledgeable and fun to work with! We went to private showings and she had lots to point out that I would not have noticed. She is easy to talk to about wants and needs and helped me find my perfect new home! Amber went far above expectations when she met me at my new place with colour palettes and helped me choose colours for paint, even getting down on the floor to move the colour samples into the light and out! Amber is amazing and what could have been such a stressful experience was actually fun!! I could not recommend Amber more highly!

Amber helped us purchase our first home, and then helped us sell that home in 2021. I do not have enough good things to say about Amber and our experience working with her! She goes above and beyond to help her clients and made the process incredibly easy. Not only did she do an impeccable job selling our condo, helping in any way that she could, but we felt cared for every step of the way. I would recommend Amber to anyone looking for a realtor.

Amber was recommended by a friends wife and she surpassed all my expectations, my house was an absolute mess and Amber gave us some great recommendations for staging that we almost finished, the day before photos was the big day to complete cleaning up and taking things to storage, for unforeseen circumstances I was not able to be home, Amber jumped into action and did more than just stage, she took items to storage, used the power washer, she’s a very hard worker, she was very professional and knowledgeable, I’d highly recommend her.

We purchased a home with Amber and the experience was amazing! Purchasing can be very stressful but Amber was patient, kind and very helpful throughout the entire process. We moved from Sask so we were unfamiliar with the areas in the lower mainland but amber showed us many homes all over and we couldn't be happier with the home she found us.
