I can’t say enough good things about Amber as a real estate agent. We had to sell my dad’s condo under an incredibly tight timeline, and there were so many moving parts from renovations to travel, since my sister and I live outside of the province. Amber stayed by our side every step of the way. She was always so understanding and human she even helped us when we lost the house keys by lending us a second set and making it easy for us to pick them up. She truly went above and beyond paying attention to every detail, staying transparent, and making us feel like we were in good hands. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares, Amber is your person. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Our experience with Amber was nothing but flawless. From her tips on how to get our home prepared for sale, and her personal touches in staging, to a marketing package that was so beautifully presented. She had a beautiful brochure printed… a home virtual tour and video that included drone footage of our place and the neighbourhood. I even liked that her sign had a QR code on it for passerby’s to scan if they were interested in seeing more details on our listing. She originally suggested a listing price that we were resistant to accepting but after a few showings and feedback we realized Amber was bang on with what the market would support. We had an offer and closed deal within a few short weeks!! Not months! If you are looking for a realtor that knows her stuff and you can take her advice and run with it, you too can have a great experience with your realtor.
