Park Central

Our largest project to date, Park Central will be on the doorstep of one of the largest collections of natural parkland in the City of Toronto. A five minute walk north will take you down into the Highland Creek Valley; connecting Morningside Park, the Ellesmere Ravine and Colonel Danforth Park across over 500 acres of natural space. Students of the University of Toronto Scarborough are just minutes away from campus, and the approved Eglinton East LRT will connect residents of Park Central to Toronto’s ever-expanding Subway network. By the numbers Park Central will offer over 400 residential suites, 24,000 square feet of residential amenities, an on-site public park and retail offerings on Kingston Road.
