2451 Dufferin Street Condos & Towns

2451 Dufferin is a planned infill mixed-use high-rise development in the Briar Hill-Belgravia area of Toronto. The site seeks to replace an existing automotive dealership with 462 new residential units and accompanying retail space in a large podium and tower configuration that transitions nicely to the surrounding neighbourhoods. The project will provide parkland dedication on site which will unlock existing unused green space owned by the city. The development is approximately 500 meters to the new Dufferin Crosstown LRT station making it a prime transit-oriented community.
