Selling a home can be a complicated process, made even more challenging during a global pandemic. The support, guidance and advice my family received from Sunny Gawri led to the successful sale of my late father’s home. This is the second time I've had the pleasure of having Sunny handle the home selling process for my family. First was my townhouse in 2019. His eagerness to sell my townhouse and his thoroughness for detail is what had me seeking his assistance again when I found myself handling my late father's estate. Sunny Gawri is very professional and fantastic to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell a house. Sunny brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase my house which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. He also helped me stage my house, which made it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Due to Sunny’s efforts, I received multiple offers in a week after listing the house but I was looking for a better deal and Sunny patiently relisted the house and got me the price I wanted in 2 weeks.
