I have known Sunny since three years ago I said I would get him to help sell my house when I was ready. He did not pester me and waited for me contact him. Sunny was a key part of my house sale. He helped guide me through to getting it ready for showings. I truly would have been lost without his help. Due to Christmas we were on the market a month but as soon as Christmas eve came the showings came fast. Sunny kept me informed of the results if he got any as to why the house was not suitable for that couple. I dragged him up north of Orangeville for the mobile home I wanted to purchase.
