Dave is hard-working, detail-oriented and has an innate ability to accurately analyze and advise on market values, trends and investment opportunities. These skills, together with his industry-leading marketing strategies and cutting-edge technologies, has positioned him in the top 0.1% (yes you read that correctly!) of realtors across Ontario. I worked with Sean Millar for a recent home purchase. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in multiple ways. Throughout the process, we didn't receive clear details about the inspection period timeline or important deadlines, leaving us to figure things out on our own. The guidance was not proactive - we frequently had to reach out for updates rather than being kept informed of next steps. Additionally, Sean repeatedly asked us to leave reviews even before we had closed and received our keys, which felt premature and pushy. After closing, we received a generic email alluding to a gift, but nothing was ever sent and all communication stopped completely. For such a major life decision, we expected much better. The lack of proper guidance made this a frustrating experience. Originally we felt pressured to post a positive review but upon reflection of our experience we felt we had to be honest, so I deleted my original Google review to update with this. Would not recommend.
