My wife and I have purchased two homes and sold one with Ryan Dash. When we decided that we wanted to put an offer on a home, we were the ones walking away with the deal both times despite being in multiple offer situations. There’s no disappointment over here! Ryan is very professional and he really puts all of his effort into working for his clients. When we closed on the first home and we met the selling realtor, he commented how hard Ryan had worked on our behalf. When selling the same home, which turned out to be challenging as the interest rates had just started to go up, Ryan had open houses nearly every weekend and followed up with us after every open house. When the inspection from the buyer showed a needed repair, Ryan took care of all the steps to close the deal. With a background in construction, Ryan has good insight into older renovated properties and new builds. I can’t recommend Ryan enough. He’s the only realtor I would ever want to work with.
